What is your personal treasure?

Dialogue

Maria: Hi, Ben. What did you bring for today’s presentation? What is your personal treasure?

Ben: I brought my journal, Maria. It says “2015” on the cover.

Maria: I see. Why is it important to you?

Ben: Well, I really love to write. In 2015, I wrote a story about an amazing superhero.

Maria: Cool.

Ben: What did you bring today, Maria?

Maria: I brought my rock collection. See?

Ben: Wow! There are so many kinds of rocks!

Maria: This purple rock is my favorite. I like this color the best.

Ben: Why is your rock collection important to you?

Maria: I love learning about the earth and the environment. I want to be a scientist someday.

Ben: That’s great!

Maria: Thanks. Let’s show our items to the class.

So, Vinay, What is your personal treasure?

Vinay’s opinion

Vinay: My comedy notebook is my personal treasure. I write all of my ideas for my comedy shows in it.
I really value it, because I love making people laugh.
And I can’t do my live comedy shows without it.

Also, I’ve had it for many years.
So, it’s interesting to see what I was thinking about in the past.
And sometimes embarrassing.
