Mika: Oh, hi, Paul. This is an article about plastic waste. It’s a really big problem.

Paul: Is there something we can do to reduce waste?

Mika: Sure, you can use a fabric shopping bag instead of a plastic bag.

Paul: Right. It’s better to bring your own bag than to use a plastic one. Many people throw away plastic bags after using them only once.

Mika: That’s true. I don’t like to throw things away. But sometimes, we have to choice.

Paul: What do you mean?

Mika: Well, for example, I outgrew some of my old clothes recently. I can’t wear them anymore.

Paul: You don’t have to throw away old clothes. Why not recycle them? You can also donate them to charity.

Mika: Oh, you’re right. I think I’ll do that. Thank you for the great ideas.
