「must have ＋過去分詞」は「（以前～した）に違いない」でしたね。
It’s not impossible to pick it up when you’re older.
not inpossible。否定表現がダブルで出てきました。「不可能ではない」です。よく使われる言い回しです。pick up は「拾う」から「（時間を掛けて）身につける」という意味に使われます。
