日ごろ取り組んでいるさまざまなことについて、おもしろいところや難しいところを It is＋形容詞＋to do の文の形を使って言ってみましょう。It is は It’s と略してもかまいません。
この場合、It は「to＋動詞の原形」の内容を受けており、訳すときには「～することは…です」と it を訳しません。このような it を「形式主語」と言います。
