nice enough to do … は「～するのに十分に親切な」という意味です。enough の前に nice, kind, clever（賢い）などプラスの意味の形容詞をおいて、周りの人のいいところを積極的にほめてみましょう。
enough は副詞ですが、very（とても～）や really（本当に～）などと異なり、nice enough（十分に親切な）、rich enough（十分に裕福な）のように形容詞を後ろから修飾します。
