You 以下の文で、感心した内容を具体的に描写することで相手に気持ちが伝わります。

具体的に感心した内容を伝えたあと、You did a good job! や You did well! といった定番の表現でほめます。Great job! や Well done! のように短く言ってもいいでしょう。
