how about（～はどうですか？）は、提案や相手の意見を求める時に使われる定番表現。この over …は「～を食べながら・飲みながら」。コーヒーを下に置いて「上」でおしゃべりをしているといったイメージ。
Which movie did you like the most?
which（どれが）は選択を尋ねる wh語（疑問詞）。wh語は複数の語をつなげて「大きなwh語」を作ることが出来ます。固まりになっても単体のwh語と同じように使います。which movie を文頭に置いて、後ろは疑問文。like the most は「いちばん好き」。most は much の最上級。「いちばんたくさん好き」ということ。
