後ろに置かれた to 不定詞が two ways を説明しています。「2つの道がありますよ」と言い切ってから「そこに行く、ね。」と説明ルール。
to は「～するための」という目的のニュアンスで使われています。to の持つ、矢印のイメージが「目的」と結びつくのは不思議ではありません。
