I practice the piano as hard as him. And I also read lots of books about playing the piano. But I still can’t play as well as him.
Don’t worry, Yusuke. If you like doing something, you will get better at it! Just keep practicing and have a good time.

この場の状況を漠然と受けて it … と始めています。looks like (〜のように見える)の後ろにフルセンテンスが使われていることにも注意。on your mind は in your mind とは異なります。on は「〜の上に」という位置関係から「圧力」を想起させるのです。「心に something がのしかかっている」から「気になっている」。

good at は 〜が得意。 good を比較級に変化させれば より得意になる。 形容詞(または副詞)を変化させれば 簡単に比較表現を作ることができるのです。
