ケイリーからユウタに電話がかかってきます。
Yuta: Hi, Kayley. Where are you now?
Kayley: Hi, Yuta. I’m sorry, but I’m now at Mitaka Station.
Yuta: Mitaka? You went too far. We are supposed to meet at Kichijoji.
Kayley: Yes, I know that. I changed trains at Shinjuku Station, but I got on the wrong train.
Yuta: Oh, you probably took the Special Rapid. It doesn’t stop at Kichijoji.
Kayley: OK, what should I do then?
Yuta: Just get on a local train going in the other direction. I’ll meet you at Kichijoji Station.

①be supposed to は「決まり事」
We are supposed to meet at Kichijoji.
be supposed to は「～ということになっている」。規則・習慣・法律など「決まり事」を意味する頻用フレーズ。
②現在形は「広く成り立つ」
It doesn’t stop at Kichijoji.
現在形は典型的に「ある一定期間安定して広く成り立つ状況」を表すことに注意。doesn’t stop は現在この時点に限らず、「いつも・常にとまらない」ことを表しています。

このキーセンテンスで at Shinjuku Station は「新宿駅で」と訳されていますが、前置詞 at の意味は「で」ではありません。
前置詞に属する単語は基本的に「位置関係」を表します。
at の位置関係─イメージ─は「点」。
時刻に at が使われるのは、時刻が「点」と感じられるからです。キーセンテンスで at Shinjuku Station となっているのは「乗り換え」だから。路線図上の「新宿という地点で」という意識です。
