この文は「現在完了進行形」と呼ばれる形です。現在完了形の「have＋過去分詞」に進行形が組み合わされた形です。
現在完了形は「現在に迫ってくる・ズームアップ」、そして進行形は「躍動的な行為が行われている」。その組み合わせで「過去から今に至るまで行為がずっと続く」となります。この文は shopping, shopping, shopping … そうした行為が今まで続いていることを表しています。
