Mr. Rose: I’ve obviously read your resume, but to get us started, can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Emma: Yes. I have a lot of energy, and I love to get things done.
Mr. Rose: Excellent. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Emma: I’m very good at working with many different kinds of people. As for weakness, I can be a little too strict on myself.
Mr. Rose: Your resume says that you are fluent in Japanese and Spanish. Have been to Spain?
Emma: No, but I’d love to go there someday.
Mr. Rose: Well, you may have a chance very soon. I’d like to offer you the job, Emma.
Emma: That’s wonderful. Thank you.

a lot of energy で energy が複数形にならないのは、不可算扱いだから。get things done は目的語説明型。「things = done にする（get）」ということ。「行われた状況にする＝成し遂げる」。

obviously がなぜここで使われているのか分かりますか？「明白に・明らかに」と訳を覚えていてもここに使うことはできないのではないでしょうか。この単語のイメージは単に clearly（ハッキリと）ではありません。「誰でも分かることですが・見ればわかりますが」。面接官にとって履歴書に目を通しているのは当たり前のこと。だから「当然履歴書は読んでいますが、話を始めるために自己紹介してください」と使っているのです。
この文ではまた「have＋過去分詞」の現在完了形も使われています。「完了・経験・継続・結果」の現在完了形ですが、通りいっぺんの用法だけを知っていても使うことはできません。この形の持つ「現在に迫る・現在に焦点が当たる」が体感として理解されていなければこうした使い方はできません。この文は「履歴書を読みました」と過去の行為を言いたいわけではありません。「（履歴書を読んで今は）あなたのことを理解していますが」と述べているのです。
