Yukari: OK, just press this button.

Tourist: Do they have seafood?

Yukari: Let me see. Oh, yes, it’s in this section. You have two choices. Deep-fried oysters with rice or raw tuna over rice.

SIMPLE ANSWER

This is exactly the CD that I have been looking for.
This is exactly the CD(これがまさにそのCDなんです)と大切なことを述べてから that 以降でどういったCDなのかを説明。
But the money in my wallet is not enough. Can you lend me some?
lend me some は授与型。
I won’t forget to pay you back.
pay you back は「君に返す」。

ADVANCED ANSWER

Unbelievable! The CD I’ve been searching for forever is right here!
have been searching for を使って the CD を説明。
But I forgot to bring my wallet today. Could you lend me enough money to buy it?
enough money to buy it は「それを買う十分なお金」。
I promise to pay you back tomorrow.
