I can’t believe（信じられない）と現在完了の文の組み合わせ。I got back した過去の時点から今に視線がズームアップしてくる感触で現在完了が使われています。
Even the best players can sometimes make mistakes.
Even（でさえ）と最上級を使った譲歩を表す形。
I hope he’ll get over it and be no less confident than before.
over は「〜を超えて」という位置関係を表す前置詞です。get と結びつき、get over は 「乗り越える」。 no less ～ than …は「…に劣らず～」。less は little の比較級。程度がより低いこと。この less を no で力強く打ち消すことで「決して劣っていない」を表します。ここでは「以前に劣ることなく(＝前のように)自信を持って」ということ。
