it ～ to … の形です。まず心に浮かんだ状況を it で受け「ずっと簡単なんだよ」と気軽に文を始めます。そして何が簡単なのか、to 以下で説明を続けます、「（安くて新鮮なフルーツを）手に入れるのがね」。

現在完了経験用法。ever は at any time（いつのことでもいいんだけど）。「いつのことでもいいんだけど、食べたことがありますか？」ということ。
