That part was fun. However, the problem is learning kanji.
月曜日 Lesson 116のテキスト文です。However による接続です。意味は but と同じ逆接ですが、but のように直接２つの文をつなぐことは出来ません。前の文を終わらせ、一拍おいて「でもね」。これが However の呼吸です。

水曜日 Lesson 118のテキスト文です。over は「〜を超えて」という位置関係を表す前置詞です。get と結びつき、get over は 「乗り越える」。 no less ～ than …は「…に劣らず～」。less は little の比較級。程度がより低いこと。この less を no で力強く打ち消すことで「決して劣っていない」を表します。ここでは「以前に劣ることなく(＝前のように)自信を持って」ということ。
