Daiki: But I’m a member of a rock band. I can’t get a haircut. It won’t look cool.

even in spring : 春でさえ、春ですら
be careful not to catch a cold :

SIMPLE ANSWER

1 It can be very cold in London, even in spring.
2 You have to be careful not to catch a cold, so take a sweater or something with you.

1 It can be very cold in London, even in spring.

2 You have to be careful not to catch a cold, so take a sweater or something with you.

with you は「身につけて」。

ADVANCED ANSWER

1  Listen. I’m English, so you have to believe me when l tell you that it can be freezing in England, even in the springtime.

2  You should definitely take some warm clothing with you.

1  have to believe me when l tell you that …
後半のit can be freezing in England, even in the springtime.
