例えば「また夫婦喧嘩をしたようね。でも彼女だけが悪いのかな。そんなことはないと思うよ。喧嘩両成敗って言うしね。あなたたちはもっとお互いの意見を尊重することを学ぶべきだと思う。帰って話し合って。彼女はあなたのことを愛しているし、仲直りできるわよ」くらいでしょうか。

SIMPLE ANSWER

 
blame は「~のせいにする・~の責任だと思う」。only one(唯一の人)を to blame が説明しています。I doubt it. の doubt は「そうではない」という心の動き。
 
 
 
make up with は「~と仲直りする」。
 

ADVANCED ANSWER

 
Come on. は相手をたしなめる言葉。argument は argue の名詞形(議論・口論)
 
 
suppose … は「~としてみよう」と、仮定の話を持ち出すフレーズ。
