Yayoi: Nine today? Sorry, I don’t seem to have received your email.

Jonas: Maybe it went into your junk mail folder.

Yayoi: Oh, here it is. What is this?

Jonas: You’ve won the New Product Idea Award from our company. Congratulations! You really deserve it.

Yayoi: Wow! Thanks a lot.

SIMPLE ANSWER

 
go well は「うまくいく」。
 
 
got a lot of positive feedback は「たくさんの好意的な反応を得る」。
 
 

ADVANCED ANSWER

 
a presentation の説明が outlining 以下になります。outline は「概略・要点を述べる」。
 
 
a few questions(少しの質問)を関係代名詞節 I couldn’t answer fully が説明していますが、fully を not が否定していることに注意。「強い単語を」を否定する部分否定です。「十分には答えていない」ということ。after consulting with you では consult(相談する)が使われています。専門家や権威を持った人にアドバイスを求めることを表す重要な動詞。
